Throughout his 30-year tenure, Turner demonstrated exceptional leadership, earning a 3.6 GPA on a 4.0 scale at Saint Leo University. His experience in consulting and cost management has been bolstered by his time at Northrop Grumman, where he honed his skills in shipbuilding and production planning.
