    Maintained the corporate reporting SQL Server data warehouse and over one hundred scheduled jobs/tasks running on SQL Server or MS Access automated processes, many of which perform ETL operations from the corporate production Oracle membership database. Performed ad-hoc extracts/reports for internal management and external client companies, frequently on short notice. Developed or enhanced most of the SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Access based automated processes. Built the company’s complex yet highly efficient system utilizing a SQL Server backend along with an automated Access front-end and custom C# dynamic link library (DLL) to consume RESTful Web Services for identity protection customer reporting and initiating secondary processes for Oracle membership database alerts events and member gift card fulfillment. Authored the Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) download/upload automation tool and the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) Access Add-In used in the BIS department, as well as about half a dozen multiuser database applications used by other departments. Migrated critical Access and Excel VBA projects from 32-bit Office 2016 to 64-bit Office 365, updating numerous Win32 API function calls for 64-bit compatibility. Wrote the VBScript that installs multiuser database applications for employees by copying the frontend application and support files to users’ Windows profiles and adding desktop and start menu application launch shortcuts. Developed HTML-based near-real-time reporting system driven via MS Access and VBA automation to simplify monitoring status of SQL Server jobs and backups, Windows scheduled tasks, synchronization of critical reporting tables, and RESTful web service extracts throughout the workday and when logging in remotely. Created various Access/VBA-based tools to assist myself in database/code development, data migration, and file management.
