    During my 27 year tenure at Vineland Construction, my accomplishments and responsibilities included - Prepared and assisted in the publication of audited financial statements for numerous financial entities. Prepared monthly internal financial statements with commentary, highlighting major points of interestProperty Tax analysis and appeals which included assembling the property tax record database, filing and coordinating tax appeals with attorneys, tenants and appraisers, applying for property tax abatements, and making timely payments.Mortgage responsibilities included making timely payments, verifying interest rate calculations, alerting management of upcoming maturities, and providing a monthly mortgage status report.Fixed Asset responsibilities included software maintenance and reconciling basis, depreciation and gains to the general ledger.Cash management responsibilities included reporting daily cash activity, updating daily cash flow forecasts for debt service and property tax payments, and monthly bank reconciliations.Prepared annual property and overhead budgets, which included the accounting for rental income with escalations, tenant expense recoveries, property taxes and insurance, depreciation and debt service.
