I had responsibility for establishing the contract administration, accounting, planning and R&D functions in WISC. Specific accomplishments include: Negotiated assignment of all Williams Companies hardware and software contracts (in excess of 300) to WISC. WISC Annual and Long-Range Plans. Developed Telephone System Disaster Recovery Plans. Negotiated PBX and telephone services agreements with Centel Communications. Upgraded Meridian Voice Mail System. Implemented new WISC project management and billing system. Negotiated enterprise cellular telephone agreement. Managed midrange computer services.

PERSONAL/DEPARTMENT'S ACCOMPUSHMENTS IN POSITION Developed WilTel Network's Telecommunications Network Supervisory System (TNSS) to manage their 11,000 miles of fiber optic network. Developed Williams Pipeline Message Switching System for terminals and shippers. Implemented Williams Pipeline VSAT Satellite Interface Software.Developed Satellite Network Application with NEC for KOCH. Williams Natural Gas Pipeline SCADA System development, implementation and support. WNG Electronic Flow Measurements (EFM) Specification. WTL WILBAND - Bandwidth on Demand Application. McDermott Network Management System sale and implementation.Due Diligence of LightNet Purchase by WilTel. Integration of LDXNet, LightNet, Sprint, and other company networks into WilTel Network Management System. Participation with Senior Vice President of WilTel Engineering in developing strategic service/technical plan (white paper). Participated in evaluation and development of plan to acquire Intelligent Tl Network capability. Leveraged Data General vs. Digital in purchase of WPL VAX cluster, WNG SCADA and WilTel Network Control Systems. WilTel TNSS System heralded as two years ahead of its time; sought by Ford Aerospace, British Telecommunications, Sprint, New York Teleport, IBM, McDermott and others. My team developed a business plan to market network management and pipeline control systems. WilTel wouldn't authorize the sale of TNSS due to its competitive advantage.
