    I have more then 10 years work experience in multinational manufactory , 7 years work experience in HR filed, one & half year work experience in headcounter.Graduated from Keele University in 2003, has obtained master degree in HRIR, and got Scholarship in 2003 as well, there were only two students got it in class. i joined Career International in April 2010, as a senior consultant.I have been engaged in human resources management in the Foreign enterprise more than 10 years, i used to work in wind power company which is a new and involved into the whole process which the factory grows out of nothing , from 11 employees to more than 600 employees only in one year.
