    In the summer of 2008, the Convention and Visitors Bureau of Greater Monroeville found itself at a crossroads when the existing staff were terminated for embezzling large sums of money over a period of several years. While the Board and Municipal officials determined the future direction of the agency, Ms. Bour led a complete rebranding of the agency, developed systems and controls for all operations, and worked with the staff of the new Monroeville Convention Center to promote and market the region to meeting and convention planners as well as consumer trade show organizers.
