    Mr. Dolben is the Chairman of The Dolben Company, Inc. A third generation participant, he has been active in the business since joining the firm in 1961. His vision and leadership transformed The Dolben Company, Inc. from a small brokerage, appraisal and management business serving commercial properties in downtown Boston, to the regional developer and manager of multi-family communities that it is today.During his career, Mr. Dolben has sponsored numerous real estate transactions. He has been actively involved in the structure of partnerships, joint ventures and the placement of private and institutional investor equity. Mr. Dolben’s integrity and commitment to stewardship has led to lasting relationships with investors in the ventures he has sponsored.Mr. Dolben is a past President of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (1976) and past Director of UST Corp., the holding company of US Trust. He is a past Trustee of both Suffolk Franklin Savings Bank and Mutual Savings Bank. He is a past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Fisher College and a past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Northfield Mount Hermon School. He has acted as a court appointed receiver on several troubled real estate transactions. Mr. Dolben is a former Board Member of the Appalachian Mountain Club and was Chairman of its Maine Woods Initiative, a $45,000,000 Capital Campaign.
