Met or exceeded California requirements for 40% hands on instruction. Devised and implemented many lab activities where students explored various different aspects of the curricula on their own and discovered phenomena without target expectations. Wrote and administered normative and summative evaluations gauged to assess all levels of Bloom's Taxonomy as well as the various multiple intelligences. I was voted Teacher of the Year my 3rd year teaching and was recruited for my last 3 years as a Mentor Teacher to new hires. I was a consistent presenter at conferences and in-services.
