      I was responsible for hiring, training and managing the salesforce for our location in Nanaimo BC. We had a staff of approximately 20 people at any given time. Some were very experience and just needed tweeking, some where brand new to sales and needed training from the ground up. My approach was to train people and find those that could move up to management roles and build the structure for a self supporting team of sales people that met and exceeded their goals on a consistant basis. I am proud to say that I met some of the best salespeople I have every worked with at A&B, I am still in contact with many of them and count them as personal friends today. It was a sad day when the A&B story came to an end, a great loss for all the client who loved them. Alas, music downloading eventually killed them off.
