As a classroom educator I develop curriculum and testing systems for my students. I try to be creative when I design instructional materials. My international travels enhance my classroom experience. As a school coach, I work with my team players on strength and conditoning as well as strategies for the lowest levels of players to the highest level. I do on-field instruction. I feel that I am developing the talent base for the baseball pipeline.
