The Partners, DJ DeVictor and Joe Skelton, are both registered Landscape Architects and founders of two of Atlanta’s premiere Design Firms. They have joined forces and look forward to serving their expanding client base in developing design solutions with enthusiasm and personal focus.DJ will continue his role to set vision and be intimately involved in projects to ensure the same quality of analysis and design that was appreciated and realized with DVL.

    Provided the Vision and Leadership to rebuild the previously failed facility. The Course was closed by the City of Canton in August of 2010 because of the lack of play. We built a team and staff to renovate and create a golf facility that would be fun and enjoyable to the average golfer with an emphasis on expanding our market to beginners, women and seniors. The greens complexes received the primary attention as we converted the putting surfaces to Mini-Verde an Ultra Dwarf Bermuda turf. The Golf Course was reopened on August 5, 2011.

    DVL began building on my experience and contacts with FCI. The firm added a couple of talented associates and became recognized for being a leader in the site analysis, land feasibility studies, and master planning of projects throughout the Southeast. Projects included master planning for residential, resort and golf communities, commercial and mixed-use developments, as well as landscape design.Peter Langham joined the Firm in 1986 which opened up the opportunity for DVL to expand into the Golf Course Design and Feasibility services. Integrating the Land Planning and Golf Course design in one firm was a unique and valuable synergism of the two professions throughout the 80's and 90's.

    Corporate responsibilities included the overview of Land Planning and Resort development for 10 of the companies most active Resorts. FCI became an industry leader in the development of mixed use products amenitized on golf, water or mountain vistas. My role was to ensure the proper location and product mix to meet the Resorts sales objectives for the next year's product.During this tenure, I learned to combine the skills as a land planner with the reality of permitting and implementing a plan to bring the product to market economically and on schedule.
