    As Product Owner and Iteration manager, I was responsible for managing a team of 8 to design and deliver a to roadmap to consolidate and replace 16 existing Australia Post despatch systems. The role involved developing a product backlog, establishing healthy team practices, inculcating an Agile mindset, coaching business analysts, consolidating agile practices, and rolling out SAFe across the team and the release train. In my time, we delivered a solution that would enable local and international Australia Post business customers to price, label and ship their parcels via Australia Post. My latest muse is Enterprise Architect - move over Visio!There's so much functionality in there it overwhelms me sometimes, but I'm getting better with practice. I do wish the lines would snap into place like Visio though.
