As I started as the sole writer in 2012, I had the opportunity to design and redesign our help portal and establish styles and standards. I worked closely with our scrum master to develop a process for tracking the development changes and ensuring all content was continually updated in time for each release. I devised and implemented procedures to inform and educate all departments on software development and ensure that the support staff was comfortable and ready to take calls before the release.
