     Instrumental in providing direction and overall strategy for revenue cycle management in a several multi-facility Centralized Billing Offices serving large volume of providers, hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. Developed several departments from ground up and implemented account receivable management and financial policies and procedures in several different revenue cycle departments and ensured compliance and performance improvements. Increased performance of all departments under my responsibility through driving consistency in our processes, and by creating opportunities for growth and cost savings to meet our financial objectives.  Consistently stay abreast of all federal, state and local rules, regulations and laws affecting patient billing and collection activities in each state.  Either managed directly or collaborated with all areas of Revenue Cycles Operations, to include, patient scheduling and registration, compliant coding, billing/charge submission, collections, cash posting, denial management, underpayment/overpayments, payer analysis, contract management, governmental payer regulatory compliance, financial analysis and reporting. Achieved several process and/or systems subject matter expert titles, through personal work experience, training of staff or collaboration on development with information system developers, of an extensive number of scheduling, revenue cycle management, billing, denial management and AR financial reporting information systems.  Have either attended and/or presented numerous education seminars on industry topics from coding to patient account management.
