Worked on a portion of the BigFOot project at SBSA, performing process and finance analysis specifically on Debtors Finance in terms of the recording and controlling of value movement between systems.Worked on Business Release 6 at SBSA as the Enterprise Design Lead for the Release until December 2014. Use of ARIS was extensive. Also responsible for coordinating, consolidating and creating the High Level Release Design document for the Release with a team of people. Driving out the various solutions and solution outlines, and creating the Integrated Solution Outline, with the various teams. Worked on Business Release 5 of the Standard Bank Core Banking Transformation programme till January 2013. This is a SAP CRM focussed release. I started out as the Business Process Lead for the Release, with responsibility for the overall High-Level Release Document (HLRD). I was responsible for coordinating the inputs into the document, and ultimately assembling the final version, including the appendices, which referenced all the various work packages for the release.I have also played the role of Functional Integration Team Lead, with responsibility to ensure that all the various streams within the Release are integrated on a functional level. The function also entailed ensuring that the various work packages are driving towards the target end-state. I had a team of Functional Integrators working with me on this project.
