    JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIESCustomer: Pick and Pay ClothingDepartments: REAL Ladies/ REAL Girls wearDUTIES:• Sending worksheets to our factories in China and Indonesia, with all relevant information and garment specifications pertaining samples bought overseas in order for China/Indonesia to cost.• Forwarding all costings to buyers .• Negotiating costings between buyer and our factories in China and Indonesia.• Compiling colourcharts/Trimcharts as soon as we receive and order, and forwarding this information to our factory in China/Indonesia.• Communication and Mediation between Customer and Manufacturers in China.• Attending weekly garment fittings 3 times a week.• Attending weekly meetings with buyer at head office.• Submitting all trims and lab dyes to buyer for approval.• Making sure all garments meet there deadlines in order for production to run on time..• Checking Quality and Measuring all Bulk samples to ensure all measurements are within tolerance before submitting it to PNP QC.• Following up on all urgent daily issues.
