    I have worked in Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd (Formerly known Jubilant Organosys Ltd & Vam Organic Chemicals Ltd) from September 1980 since joined at early project stage. I was 3rd employee when I joined Vam Organic Chemicals Limited, Gajraula and presently the oldest / first employee in this company . Here I have extreme enjoyed for last 35 years , worked in various area's including project accounting, finalization of accounts, financial statements,MIS,store accounting,cost accounting,capitalization,Internal Auditing,budgetory control,handling sales tax matters independently including filing monthly e_return & annual return, completion of final sales tax assessment , filing appeals /attending hearing till Tribunal independently ,obtained sales tax exemption certificate(s) in connection with many new units established during 1982 to 2000 ; handled corporate income tax matters during 1995 to 2002 including regular assessment , filing appeal & attending hearing and liasoning with Govt.Department including sales tax, income tax , central excise , state excise , District industries centre from 1980 to 2002. Currently I was looking after VAT/CST work and completed final tax assessment till AY 2013-14 which is really incredible and would praise worthy.We have also issued all type of CST Form-C/F/E-1/D/H till March 2015 after downloading online from department website. I feel my pleasure to mention here that this company is leading always first in completion final tax assessment without any type of dispute moreover within 6 months latest by 31 st March of next year after filing annual tax return by 31 st October every year, in not only in the state of Uttar Pradesh but also over the country. Now on 31.08.2015 . I have attained age of Superannuation and therefore I have retired from my services in this company. Presently I have joined a CA firm in Faridabad namely "Priya Bansal & Associates" and started my own practice in VAT/CST/Income Tax/Indirect taxes etc.
