    Develop and execute software implementation project plans for single and multi-facility nursing homes and long-term-care retirement communities, who purchase MDI Achieve clinical and financial systems. Manage client expectations, coordinate with client project team members the delivery of implementation services, including software installation, data conversion, training, and deployment within target organizations. Provide status reporting, issues resolution, and schedule/budget management.

    Key services collaborator with Century Design ownership to expand company offerings to include in-house full-service publications development. Developed the proposals necessary to secure the contracts to anchor new facilities in Minneapolis, MN; Austin, TX; Charlotte, NC; and Atlanta, GA. Helped set up the new facilities in their respective locations, organized service departments, spearheaded staffing, acted as interim facility management, and provided on-going executive support to permanent management staff. The effort more than doubled company income.
