    Representing Exelon CorporationLead Land agent for Exelon Corporation Colorado Bend II Transmission line from Exelon Generation Plant in Wharton, Tx. to the CenterPoint Energy Transmission Station North of Bay City Tx.I assisted with route planning for the transmission line, research landowners and business owners along proposed route and resolved any issues with tracks along route and assisted with rerouting when issues could not be resolved. I acquired land and easements necessary for the line and substation without Eminent Domain Authority. I work closely with Exelon’s Attorneys, Project Managers and the construction team. In 2015 I also assisted with land acquisitions for the Exelon Wolf Hollow Project in Granbury TX. During the construction phase I am currently assisting the construction managers as a liaison between Exelon and all landowners along the Colorado Bend II Transmission Line. I am responsible for the property management of land and dwellings purchased by Exelon along the line and adjacent to the Exelon generation plants in Wharton and Granbury. Representing Bluegrass Pipeline / Kentucky I finalized reroutes on the pipeline. I successfully negotiated easements with difficult and opposing landowners. Williams and Boardwalk are in charge of this pipeline.Representing Kinder Morgan/Texas Most recently worked on Midstream, Altamont project in Vernal, Utah. I closed 12 easements in 2 months. The Land Agent that I work most closely with is Josh Hernandez. Job duties include due diligence, pipeline integrity (maintenance), coordination of pipeline/facility maintenance including coordination with engineering teams and legal counsel. Additional responsibilities included third party agent management, lease negotiation, land acquisition, surface and subsurface title research, abstract review, map interpretation, document review and presentation, clearing, digs, Cathodic protection and permitting.

    Plains American Pipeline 09/2012-11/2012Senior Right-of-Way agent for Alabama pipeline. Job duties include activities required for title research, survey permission and survey support for civil, archeological, cultural and environmental crews, as well as collecting and displaying the status of all activities in the GIS Viewer™. Worked closely with city and county officials. Plains American pipeline had no power of eminent domain forcing them to cancel the project due to acquisition cost.Contract Land Staff In-house ROW Specialist Assisted with all areas of Right-of-Way on various projects awarded to CLS throughout the United States.Enterprise Texas Pipeline ProjectsRight-of-Way agent for South Texas pipeline. Serve as the liaison for all survey activities between the survey crews, landowners and the client. All areas of acquisitions including easements, valve sites, pump stations and other land purchases. Worked through construction as a lead agent with landowners, surveyors, engineers and construction crews. Follow through and obtain signed releases from all land owners after cleanup.
