    Throughout my time here, I had a number of different responsibilities which included: • Being included in the creative team of the company, I have been in charge of the narrowing-down process in the selection of potential scripts that the company might consider developing. This involved me reading several scripts a week (both in French and English) and creating script coverage sheets including a pitch, a detailed summary and in-depth analysis of the studied material.• Conducted comparisons between books and films in order to understand the origin of some ideas and to expand on future projects based on novels.• Coordinated meetings for our international team with foreign producers for Cannes film festival by ensuring regular contact with existing or potential foreign producers. • Went to Cannes Film Festival as an assistant producer and participated at meetings to invest on future projects.• Created project presentations for film investors.• Translated from French to English (and vice versa) pitches, scripts and interviews for the media or foreign producers.• Contributed in the translation and transcription process of subtitling the independently financed French documentary ‘Wine Calling’ into English.
