Strategic Account Manager – West Coast USA
-
Apr 2019 - Aug 2021
The old business adage rings true: 80% of your sales come from 20% of your clients. It would make sense, then, to treat these valuable assets with greater care. My role as a Strategic Account Manager is to go beyond a traditional sales relationship to encompass proactively building strategic, mutually beneficial, long term relationships between Merlin and our key strategic partners. It is also to build trust by focusing on integrity, values and enabling alignment across both Merlin and the strategic partner. Responsible for driving central trade sales revenue, volume and yield to budget for LEGOLAND CA, Madame Tussauds Hollywood, Madame Tussauds Las Vegas, Madame Tussauds San Francisco and the San Francisco Dungeon by developing direct sales growth through a portfolio of strategic level trade accounts, driving marketing amplification across the business whilst securing economies of scale through shrewd negotiation.
