    I completed an employee and volunteer attraction project during a 13-week internship. I had the chance to develop a way to attract and increase diversity, create an attraction package, as well as, promoting and advertising initiatives to tap into new talent pools. This resulted in some great tangible results, which include a 40-page attraction report plan, two presentations, a 2-page list of various contacts from different external organisations who are willing to collaborate, and a number of recommendations and campaigns. This experience has enhanced my skills in time management, teamwork, collaboration, and communication. I had the chance to work beside some very successful professionals and gain valuable knowledge from them. I believe this overall experience has even helped me learn more about myself, as a professional and how far my capabilities can take me in a short 13-week project.
