As the Chief Operating Officer for Sandon Capital I am responsible for all the non investment decision making of the firms operations and its associated funds. Having worked in a large institutional business I have been able to create a fit for purpose model to support the business needs. This has seen me make enhancements to the business governance, risk and compliance frameworks, create and chair appropriate committees to manage these and review and enhance the end to end investment processes through process redesign and system implementations.

Jul 2018 - Nov 2020
As part of Macquarie's globalisation journey I relocated to the US to establish the global investment operations capability. In addition to that I became globally responsible for the management of moving the entire business onto our new operating platform. Whilst in the US I managed the implementation of our platform across that location, Australia, Hong Kong, London, Luxembourg as well as the onboarding of an acquisition we made. I created a 24 hour real time support model that was underpinned by three regions being Australia, India and the US that reported to me. Recognising the need to continue to support and invest in the platform created I established the Business Product Integration platform teams located in Australia, United State & India.
