    Just Rewards Limited was launched in 2014. Our focus to date has been on total rewards strategy, remuneration advice and analysis, CEO performance reviews and continuation of my research on rewards fairness. Our independence from the mainstream survey providers and remuneration consultancies affords us a unique perspective on the efficacy of their systems and products and the ability to bring a fresh perspective to tired systems and processes that have passed their use-by date. My passion for fairness in pay and rewards along with my skills as remuneration strategist, analyst, facilitator and researcher are now being put to great use by our growing client following.
