    Through the development and implementation of standardized business processes, I ensured that high quality, profitable installations were performed throughout NZ. I designed and wrote HRV’s Quality, Compliance and Audit program and rewrote their product installation manuals. I developed their installer training process, designed the training materials and delivered the training workshops. I also led a team of 2 direct reports and 2 indirect reports, each of whom was responsible for managing teams of electricians and installers.I was also a member of the New Product Development Project Group that brought two new products to market – Heat Pumps and Water Filters. My responsibility was for the technical documentation, compliance and quality control processes of the new products. I also wrote the sales training processes and designed and delivered sales training presentations for these new product lines.
