    President, founder and administrator- individual and group psychotherapy. Obtained and maintained state outpatient mental health and AODA and day Treatment clinic license. Supervised new therapists and graduate students. Solicited and did contracting with all major HMOs in the region. Created a collabrative relationship with Unitied Behavioral Health in 1994 to develop inhome care to serve high risk severely mentally ill clients of all age. This collaboration was recognized in 1997 by National Congress of Managed care for a small provider working with a multinational HMO to develop standards of care to creative inhome treatment as a separate clinical pathway for psychiatric treatment with admission,continuation and discharge criteria demonstrated reduced risk, hospitalzations and providing a high level of care for over 1200 clients and that was cost effective. The Astra-Merck Award of $2500 ( was donated to county Mental Health Association) was given in recogntion of this collaboration, service and the research of this joint venture. 2008 received 100% from United Behavioral Health Joint Commission inspection of clinic operation and services. The clinic provided an average 1200 hours of treatment a month.

    Developed curriculum for undergraduate and post bacculaurate art therapy program. Created collaborative relationships with various schools, hospitals and clinical practices in southeastern Wisconsin to provided professional feildwork experiences, Conducted on-site observation of student working with clients.Created symposium forum to bring nationally known experts in their fields in which the art therapy students could meet and discuss with these experts their interests. Also cooperated with many other College depatments in the symposium approach to allow the student body, faculty and staff of different disciplines to explore the themes of each symposiums. 1985 Victor Frankle, M.D. Man's Search for the Meaning of Suffering, 1984 Gail Sheehy Passage a life long approach to development, 1983 Dr. Rollo May, PH.D. The Dynamics of Creativity.Writing grant proposals with in cooperation with various college staff and professors including the proposal for a State Humanities grant to bring Dr. Frankle to the college. Obtained title I grants for "Break away - Not Down:" stress reduction retreats for low income minority women with Sister Parricia Preston,S.S.N.D. and Sister Barbara Anderson,S.S.S.F. The team got The Presbyterian Church to donated funds for these stress reduction workshops given 1980-83.
