I'm responsible for organizing and leading the first-ever mental health services branch in the country. I lead a team of dedicated licensed therapists, clinical supervisors, case managers, administrators, and trainees providing services to individuals, groups and families in San Francisco (Western Addition) and North San Mateo County. Areas of operation include: 3 Community Based Clinics, the Community Resource Center (a core agency of San Mateo County), School-Based Services, Training Program, Clinical Inclusion Support provided to all YMCA of SF Branches, and a number of Community Mental Health Programs targeting primarily youth and young adults.Leading with a love ethic that is anti-racist, anti-bi/trans/homophobic, equity-centered and inclusive, my primary responsibilities include:- Cultivating inclusive, emergent, and engaged leadership among a 15-member culturally, and linguistically diverse leadership team- Strategic oversight of all programs and services- Advisory board development- Cultivating and stewarding strategic partnerships with municipalities, federal, state and local agencies, and philanthropic partners.- Fiscal management and oversight of all Mental Health Service operations
