    We are building next generation mobile space logistics platforms, or in other words we design, build, and operate satellites to move things around in space and gather space situational awareness data. Currently there are over 1 million objects orbiting earth large enough to destroy a satellite on impact, only 26k of which are tracked, and of these, only 4k are useful satellites, everything else is junk. To prevent the situation from reaching catastrophic levels there is lots of work to do, and that’s where our DROID satellites come in. To address the problem two things are clear, more data is needed to better understand and track where everything is to prevent future collisions, and spacecraft capable of moving objects around in space, on demand, and for an affordable cost are essential.
