    I assisted our business clients with planning, implementing and communicating changes to their HR systems and organization design. It was a privilege to work with businesses on how to best to approach their 'people' programs for improved engagement and effectiveness. My specialties included all types of compensation systems, executive selections, organizational development, conflict resolution and accountability, and a wide variety of nuts-and-bolts HR issues. I was certified by VitalSmarts LLC as a trainer for Crucial Conversations and Crucial Accountability training, which are some of the best and most effective communication skill-building and change-management programs I've ever seen. While at Wipfli, I worked with mostly mid-sized to small businesses in the upper Midwest on human resource issues for nearly 30 years - mostly in manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and financial institutions (among others).
