My team was responsible for internal network, Corporate Help Desk, UNIX, NT and VAX servers, Exchange email system, software support, hardware support, Message Processing Systems (MPS) and Billing Production Operations. Responsible for end-to-end billing data processing and production from carrier toll feeds to both paper and electronic invoice formats.
