Most of our business is from referrals and personal contacts so we get to know the people and clients we deal with extremely well, and that shows in the value of the service we deliver. We invest time getting to know those looking for a new job, and those that aren’t too, so when there’s a new vacancy we’re already on the case. By really getting to understand our candidates properly (and that means knowing the person as well as their skills) we will only propose them once we know they will suit the job - based on the right skills, culture and personality match. Because we already know many of the people who could be suitable for a new job, we can also spend more time understanding requirements in greater detail.
