    Airea51 is one of the largest trampoline parks in the UK, I came up with the idea back in 2009 and was invited onto Dragons Den to pitch for the start of a new era in childrens play centers, I regrettably couldn't continue with this due to the Dragons wanting my sole attention on this project and had to decline due to to the recent new business in recruitment. Since then the trampoline industry has catapulted in the uk with over 300 sites.

    I opened Link2recruit 8 years ago along side two other directors, Paul Morrell and Tim Wells, we have all worked in recruitment for over 50 years combined, specialising in the HGV & Industrial sectors, we all worked for large national blue chip company's, we soon started to notice the floors in these large company's and decided that there was room for us to establish Link2recruit in this market even though the competition was extremely high. I think most agency's have forgotten why we are here and started to fill positions with bums on seats scenario's, these company's are so big that our clients were not not getting suitable candidates that they required and the consultants were just filling the jobs with anyone, so our philosophy is to remain fairly small and for us three to work with our clients directly to ensure they receive the best service possible. We all have a hands on approach and we still man the 24 hr phone to ensure clients requirements are met at all times. We also have a Permanent division supplying to the Technical & Engineering sectors of the Market, focusing on CNC and Design Engineering. We also recruit on a National basis for Drivers to some of the leading distribution companies in the UK, such as Biffa Waste, DHL Argos and many more. Our onsite managed service division concentrates on offering a full bespoke recruitment solution nationwide. We focus on Warehousing, Manufacturing and Automotive sectors.

    I was a Senior Branch Manager here looking after two branches, one in Swindon and the other in Banbury, I started both branches from fresh and soon developed the Swindon Branch to be the largest branch in the Best Connection group devoloping this into a GP of over £60,000 per week, setting up onsite projects on two extremelly large blue chip companys.
