Recruited back to Openwave System by the executive team to help drive numerous strategic alternatives that ultimately resulted in the sale of the business to Marlin Equity Partners in May, 2012. Performed due diligence on several acquisition targets.. In 2013, was asked by Marlin Equity Partners to serve as the Global Vice President of Professional Services for its Messaging portfolio company. Performed due diligence and post-sale integration for the acquisition of Critical Path in 2013. Hired, trained, and transitioned my role to the new Vice President of Global Professional Services.

Jointly managed the Denver consulting office and grew the consulting team by 300% over a 3-year period.
