Health Economist with considerable experience of model design, build and submission. Experience within BresMed includes model design (simulation, Markov and decision tree models) and production and submission of economic evaluation in a variety of fields including metastatic melanoma, multiple myeloma, CLL, NHL, MCL, prostate cancer, ITP, epilepsy, osteoporosis, MDS, IPF, MS, crohns, UC, anaemia, uterine fibroids and CHF. Management and production of full submissions to NICE, SMC, NCPE, AWMSG and economic submissions to TLV, HIRA and CADTH. Manufacturer representation and NICE meetings and pre-committee meeting preparation for affiliates. Production of a variety of global and affiliate models adaptable for country specific inputs. Technical and strategic validation of models - primary reviewer for several pharma companies. Considerable experience in utility mapping, sequential modelling, the fitting of long-term survival curves to complex trial data, techniques for incorporating single arm trial data and the use of non RCT information to validate and inform long-term modelling.Considerable experience of complex data analysis through spreadsheet and database manipulation and experience using specific health economic modelling software including Simul8, R and STATA.
