Executed the DHS Joint Duty Program (JDP) Cross-Functional Task Force, an effort to include over 30 representatives across the DHS enterprise for the purpose of developing strategy, policy, and evaluations for total force support (i.e., personnel, equipment, facilities, budget, and other resource requirements) for the development and implementation of a DHS JDP training course.Developed the curriculum and designed the DHS JDP Online Training Course for selected applicants on JDAs. The purpose of the course is to provide selected applicants with the knowledge, resources, and information to successfully complete a JDA. The goals are to build a common understanding of the following: DHS JDP; DHS Enterprise and the responsibilities of each of the Support Components; mission, vision, and the primary responsibilities of each of the Operational Components; and mission, Joint Operational Areas, and the primary responsibilities of each of the DHS Joint Task Forces.Executed DHS JDP Director’s Quarterly Webinar series that includes 1-hour sessions per quarter on Resiliency, Coaching, Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), and other topics as determined by training needs assessment.Designed the DHS JMFP Online Resource Site for Site Visit II: Baltimore/Fort McHenry due to the cancellation of travel because of COVID-19. The purpose of this online resource site is to provide Cohort Two students key information to include: dates and times for each of the Adobe Connect sessions, session overviews and agendas, Department Plan Development Process online modules, Capstone Project instructions, and Professional Library.Designed the DHS Online Planners Course. The purpose of this course is to train Department planners the fundamentals of homeland security planning. Each of the 8 modules include: Terminal Learning Objectives (TLOs), formative assessments for practical scenario-based exercises, summative assessments, Professional Library, and an end-of-module evaluation.

I have extensive expertise in utilizing the following: Adobe Creative Cloud (Dreamweaver, Audition, Fireworks, Photoshop, InDesign, LiveCycle, Bridge, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro), Adobe Captivate 2017, Adobe Presenter, and the applications in Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline, QuizMaker, Studio, and Replay).
