As Executive Director I led the transformation of Vineyard House, sober housing for Islanders in early recovery, to Vineyard House, Sober Living Community. The ED position was created specifically for me for the length of the project.- Successful close of a 3M capital campaign- Project management of the new build process including funding that included 5 buildings, 11,000 square feet of residential, administrative, and public meeting space.- Developed new policies and procedures and achieved consensus among staff, board and committee members for implementation.- Solidified relationships with community organizations including local officials, island clergy, healthcare, and business organizations.- Delivered balanced budgets and a 36% increase in revenues including state and local grants and challenge grants in excess of 1.5M.- Managed all aspects of the marketing, advertising, event planning, and fundraising.
