    I'm proud to be the President & CEO of Mary Wade and its controlled affiliates. Mary Wade is a Five Star Senior Living Community with a continuum of senior services, including: Short Term Rehab that offers among other services, IV Therapies, Pulmonary/Respiratory Rehab, Accelerated Care Plus, (ACP), and state of the art Synchrony. Synchrony is an exciting care modality to treat swallowing disorders. Short-Term Rehab, Long Term Care, Hospice and Palliative Care, Residential-Assisted Living, Respite Services, Adult Day Health Center, OutPatient Rehabilitation, Primary Care, Transportation. A New Assisted Living and Memory Care Campus was added in 2022, called Chatham Place at Mary Wade.     In my role as Administrator at Mary Wade, I managed the resident care, health care staff, medical staff, community relations, financial operations, and compliance with Federal, State and local regulatory standards provided by Nursing, Social Services, Therapeutic and Recreational Therapy provided in the Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Adult Day Center and Transportation.During tenure as Administrator, Mary Wade obtained several deficiency-free State and Federal Surveys, and obtained a five-star rating under Medicare.gov. I reported directly to the governing body, and, I was also responsible for strategic planning and business development in the Greater New Haven Community.
