    Mindset Performance Consultant - Port Adelaide Football ClubMindset Performance Consultant - South Australian Cricket Association (Male and Female State teams)I am working in a clinical and on-field setting, assisting athletes to make lasting, positive mindset changes to improve the level and consistency of their performance. Change and growth is achieved through a combination of success coaching principles and modern psychology approaches, including mindfulness, visualisation and one to one clinical work focussed on resolving mental limitations (beliefs, self talk, superstitions and negative or fear driven expectations ) and building more resourceful capacities to support high levels of performance. Key interest areas are in leadership development, identifying and enhancing grit, and boosting innate resources related to skill acquisition and execution.This mindset change work is focused on understanding and teaching athletes the power within the mind to identify and achieve what is wanted on field and off. This way, desired levels of performance are clear, with authentic pathways of achievement mapped with the individual athlete, based on their unique qualities. Rather than the mind controlling the athlete, the athlete learns to control the mind. High performance is then attained at will.
