I became licensed in 2011 with an interest in Real Estate as an investment vehicle and have studied creative buying and selling strategies both nationally and locally, transacting my first house in 2010. I work full time as an agent at Real Estate III, in a multi-team environment with 18-year veteran William Tucker IV son of prominent real estate attorney Tucker III and CEO Jeff Gaffney. As a Real Estate marketer, I have been immersed with the most significant medium of our time: VIDEO. I was an early contributor in the development of the revolutionary real estate video and social marketing platform, Reveeo. My eclectic skill set brings together my artistic side with technology allowing me to provide “Best in Class” marketing by personally providing professional photography, aerial and home video, 3-D floor plans, etc. This content is then syndicated to every known social media and marketing platforms on the planet along with innovative web sites, utilizing tomorrow’s technology today.

    • Lead analyst in a TransNow multiyear project with Portland State University to evaluate the automatic vehicle location / bus dispatch system (AVL/BDS) employing GPS technology. • Designed and built a time-point level database as a transit patronage model that relates passenger activity to service reliability and other determinants of transit demand. This data set realized for the first time the integration of archived Oracle data from real-time dispatch (CAD) into schedule matched BDS data set.• Facilitated the design, implementation, and evaluation of a real-time intervention strategy of maintaining headways in the Portland business district (transit mall) during peak periods to better balance passenger loads and reduce excess wait time. The Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD/BDS) system was used along with the allied support of Dispatch, Road Supervisors, and the Scheduling, Training, and Operations departments.
