    Create comprehensive environmental management programs and provide regulatory consulting for our clients. These programs cover all by-product recycling streams (cardboard, plastic, paper, metal, etc.) industrial wastes, universal wastes, state specific wastes, non-hazardous wastes and hazardous wastes. All work is conducted under the ACC Responsible Care Management System. Conduct risk management reviews and compliance auditing at all client locations as well as auditing of final solutions (TSDF, recycling centers, etc.). Work closely with regulatory agencies (federal, state, and local) ensuring all clients are in compliance. Current client locations are Texas; California; Illinois; Tennessee; Georgia, Louisiana; South Carolina; Arizona; New York; New Jersey; Pennsylvania; Wisconsin; Kansas City and Missouri. Negotiate terms, conditions and costs for WTS suppliers in order to prepare and submit all-inclusive environmental proposals to our clients. Prepared, submitted, and obtained environmental permits required by federal, state and local agencies for WTS clientele.
