    Drove a team of professionals to develop and launch seven different innovative wheelchair cushions, two wheelchair back support systems, a recreational cushion for vehicle and leisure use, and two therapeutic mattresses.Led market research and product development teams to create a range of after-market motorcycle seat cushions for Honda, Harley Davidson, and multiple other motorcycle makers. Seat surfaces distributed interface pressure to eliminate seat discomfort and tissue injury for long distance riders.

    Designed custom seating solutions, solving highly complex seating problems, ranging from the distribution of seat interface pressure of atrophied individuals, correction and accommodation of hip deformities, to the support of spinal deformities resulting from physical and neurological impairments.Developed a full seating system, custom fitted to provide functional seat positioning for wheelchair users with severe postural seating problems. The system was licensed for commercial sale.Partnered with multiple companies to transition innovative seating solutions into commercially available products.
