My role as Technical Practice Lead for Technical Assurance includes being a Lead Consultant and Architect for the enterprise projects we are bidding for. I also lead a team of 5 Senior Principal Consultants, with technical skills across all areas of professional services. When projects need a second pair of eyes to move them along, we are often drafted in to bring them back on track. We help organise technical responses to tenders and bids, whilst also ensuring the professional services teams hold the right vendor accreditations and skills to deliver the projects in demand. I work closely with the Head of Solutions Design, as well as the Programme and Project Management Lead to ensure smooth delivery of projects.I am very customer service focused, and will always go the extra mile to ensure a Softcat customer has the absolute best customer experience, extending that of our excellent sales team.Having worked for Softcat for over 22 years, when we were just a fraction of the size we are now, I truly believe that I personify what Softcat is truly about and stands for.
