    I joined Gridpoint in 2013 after having focused my career in the energy management field during my employment with Advance Auto Parts. My first role at Gridpoint was in Customer Support, providing client support as well as assisting technicians (HVAC/R, Electrical and data/telecom) with troubleshooting and repairs while on site. After my first year I transitioned to the Commissioning Team to evaluate new EMS installations and assist installers with installation concerns. My tasks in Customer Support also continued. My technical background and my experience with the hardware spectrum that was offered by Gridpoint led to creating training material to identify and explain the function of Gridpoint hardware to my colleagues. I also created tools that assisted in troubleshooting hardware related issues. In March 2018, I transitioned to the Installation Management team to help schedule new installations and installer return visits as well as performing performance analyses to increase the reliability, visibility and efficiency of the work being performed by our installation partners.In May 2023, I moved to the Business Operations team, helping manage the demand from the Installation and Service Management teams related to orders and accounting, as well as helping the BizOps team refine processes.I was promoted to Business Operations Analyst in February 2024 to develop strategies to improve installation vendor performance metrics, job load balancing and utilization.
