This included the development and implementation of operating procedures and associated training for a diversity of roles off-shored to India, including; Service Delivery, Finance, Network Engineering, and Sales & Marketing.• Developed and delivered training courses for BT Desk Based Technical Specialists, Account Managers and Technical Engineers, who are employed as part of BT’s Integrated Tele-Web and Indirect Channels teams. This intensive 2-week training course covers PBX, VOIP, ISDN, VPN, Private Circuits and MPLS • Delivered training courses for COLT Telecom technical staff on the functionality of COLT Customer Site Records database. Trained Provisioning Planners, Site Planners and NCC Technicians and training related to Site, Customer, Equipment (SDH, PDH, PSU, STM, DDF and ODF), and Cable and Circuit records. On-site training took place in Paris, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Zurich and Milan.• Developed and delivered training courses for individual products from the NTL Telewest product catalogue, including PABX, Centrex, Dedicated Internet Access, ISDN, IPVPN, Ethernet and Leased Lines• QA Telecomms Team providing training on BT Broadband to BT Engineers and senior sales staff. Training covered DSLAM, BT Central, ATM, IP and transmission frequencies. Following the success of the project, subsequent training was given to major ISP’s.
