Director of Operations 2005 - 2011 Responsible for operational, and financial, management for the following agencies over the span of the above indicated years: - All Federal Government Civilian Agencies - Department of Health & Human Servies - Department of Agriculture - Department of Justice (Bureau of Prisons) • Tasked to increase profitability through analysis, and evaluation, of labor utilization, burden pool contrd rate management and indirect expenses.• Trouble-shoot “red” contracts, identify problems, solutions and subsequent resolution of such.• Coordinate with the Office of General Counsel, all issues that required legal action to be initiated or to be responded. • Balance Sheet management for both profitability and compliance objectives. • Liaison, and Coordinator, with all support organizations (Human Resources, Recruiting, Contracts, Procurement, Learning & Development and Project Control to better manage programs, accounts and business units in regards to profitability and compliance (Corporate and Federal Government).• Evaluate facilities utilization to improve capacity usage, locations and ultimately profitability.• Responsible for the proposal pricing for the line of business of Inmate Telephone Systems as this required a more indepth knowledge in regards to the pricing structure, components and resources. In order to meet this objective it was necessary for me to develope a pricing model.
