This entailed analysis of National Prosecuting Authority’s (NPA) existing manual system, highlighting strengths, weaknesses and gaps. Additionally I conducted a digital pulse survey with key staff to establish the organisation's digital maturity, pain points and opportunities. I reviewed the ICT Master plan for the NPA and assessed the feasibility of networking provincial offices.I conducted an exploration and subsequent documentation of how applications deployed could contribute to better management of case-flows between NPA and other justice stakeholders.*Victim Friendly Unit*I conducted a survey on victim case management within Zimbabwe Republic Police victim friendly unit. I revised and upgraded the current Household food and nutrition security data collection tool (ODK) to incorporate case management and other variables changed to suit programme needs.*ZIMVAC (Zimbabwe Vulnerability Assessment) Survey and National Nutrition Survey*I was tasked with changing the manual-based data collection model to the current electronic mobile data collection model - setting up the digital platform for data collection and analysis. I was also part of the committee working group that ensured operational efficiencies and ongoing support.*Core Nutrition Actions Mapping project: 3W Nutrition mapping – WFP Funded*As the FNC ICT4D/MEAL focal person, I was responsible for setting up the District Hospital Information System (DHIS2), updating the tool (setting indicators and denominator values) and the database where necessary and cleaning the data after collection to ensure that the dashboard was projecting factual information. I teamed up with a consultant engaged by WFP to work on a database that would be used to capture beneficiary information primarily for monitoring, accountability and tracking purposes. I also recommended the best infrastructure, connectivity and working procedures, to ensure the effective and accurate collection of data that would in turn be easily evaluated and analysed. *Cholera Emergency Response - Zimbabwe*In a bid to ensure connectivity and communication during the cholera response in Zimbabwe in 2009, I analysed the project and geographical challenges and ensured each team had adequate communication, in particular Bgans and Satphones, in areas of no IT infrastructure - to be able to share and receive information in low to no bandwidth areas.*Borehole mapping using PDAs* In 2012, I worked with the WASH department and introduced the use of PDAs into their programming. I set up the PDAs and trained the users on how to capture information and subsequently download that info onto a server. The PDAs were to be used to capture coordinates and other attributes associated with the boreholes such as depth, name of borehole and area. Reports would be generated in real-time to guide the programme team in decision making regarding borehole maintainance and messaging to communities regarding availability of water points.*Setting up an SMS based (messaging system) feedback mechanism for beneficiaries* As opposed to using the standard "feedback box" approach, this platform also allowed the organisation to send messages to beneficiaries informing them of intended distribution dates as well as other pertinent information. Beneficiaries were able to use a ussd code to provide any feedback that helped the organisation manage programme quality.
