Responsible for the input and update of information pertaining to project status and expenses in a timely and accurate manner.* Remained abreast of building infrastructure and procurement policies and restrictions, as well as financial requirements for related projects. Assembled weekly reports on project activity in collaboration with Superior Officers in the Chain of Command.* Scheduled bi-annual meetings for company staff, which included booking venues and notifying staff members well in advance.
