    CFO (effectively non-academic COO as well) with all finance, financial aid, student accounts, human resources, ITS, plant operations and postal services reporting up to me. I directly dealt with the treasury function of cash management and long-term debt arrangements. I also directed the Investment Committee with oversight of endowment funds. Actively managed the institution's contract with the campus food service provider and the third-party bookstore provider.In 2019 I directed the effort to obtain the first public bond rating for Trevecca from Fitch in March. In April 2019 Trevecca sold their first public bonds through Ziegler in a very successful offering that was 8.2x over-subscribed resulting in favorable rates with no debt reserve fund. This position also oversees campus construction and a personal favorite - the campus arboretum.As of December 2017, I had overseen the successful development of the Walden Village residential neighborhood and The Flats, a 126-unit apartment complex, adjacent to the Trevecca campus. In addition, I oversaw other significant investments in properties adjacent to the Trevecca campus.For the period from 4/1/17 to 4/1/18 I was also the CFO of Eastern Nazarene College while both Trevecca and Eastern were in discussions about the merger of the two institutions.
