    Managed the playout of three Sky Channels from facilities provided by Eyeworks NZ and supervised a Playout team of five full-time and three part-time staff, including writing rosters and facilitating contract issues.Managed the relocation of the Playout facility from Eyeworks' previous site to its current location, while maintaining on-air transmission for three channels. This project included designing the new Playout facility layout, as well as maintaining media flow to ensure transmission servers could run in parallel from each site.Managed the Playout side of the Playout automation upgrade from Louth and TVAS to Pebble Beach Neptune, including training staff.Managed the Playout side of the Server upgrade from SeaChange to Harmonic Omneon.QC and cueing programme tape material for encoding. Transcoding media files from delivery format to .MXF for Omneon replay. Timing playlists, sourcing missing media, and other Playout duties as required. Liaising with Programming and Scheduling as required.
