Colorado Gloves for Good is a 501.c.3 non-profit organization that supplies work gloves to the victims of natural disasters in Colorado. We do this so they can protect their hands while searching through the rubble and cleaning up after the disaster. Started in 2012, we’ve aided victims of the Lower North Fork Fire, Waldo Canyon Fire, Black Forest Fire, 2013 Front Range Flood ( ColoradoGlovesforGood.org ).

Directed the office responsible for the College's institution-wide performance analyses; built the office from a one-person office to four regular employees and two part-time employees. Converted reports and analyses from one database management system to a relational database management system; created, documented, and automated the mandated state and federal reports; developed a web presence for institutional trends and reports; developed a cohort tracking process that has been used to analyze retention and academic success in developmental and college-level programs. Created a system to develop, schedule, administer, and analyze institution-wide surveys. Served on institutional and system committees.
